I come here all the time and always have such a lovely experience. Ken is so attentive, has such a calming presence, and really knows his stuff. The hot stone massage is amazing, so relaxing. Highly recommend Rouke and the Wellness Centre.

What an amazing experience! The room was tranquil and the bed relaxingly warm. Selda gave me a deep tissue massage which was outstanding. She kept checking about the pressure and if I was uncomfortable in a position she used small pillows to help. I had a lot of tension in the neck, shoulders and back which she worked so hard to relieve for me. I cannot praise her more highly and look forward to visiting again.

After a recent tumble and hurting all my right side I was tempted to rearrange my appt with May until I felt less sore,but I needn’t have worried as she intuitively,expertly and gently made my whole body feel so much better,her touch is becoming very familiar to me now and I instantly relax as soon as it’s time for hands on.I’ll be back for more.Don’t hesitate to book . First time meeting Zoe today and glad I did! Lovely lady who is most professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’ve recently had surgery which has resulted in swelling and a build up of scar tissue, just 1 half hour session has made a huge improvement already. Fabulous! I’ll be back next week :)
