My appointment was for The August special which was 5 different treatments including lymphatic drainage , hot stone massage, lomi lomi ,head massage & back & neck massage. Everything was fully explained and carried out with care and professionalism. I loved the essential oils that were tailored to my treatments, this and the holistic approach provided by Soozen was amazing . This package is a great way to experience different treatments that youve not had before. All in all I would highly recommend Soozen@theden and look forward to a return visit🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rachel is a pleasure and a very component hairdresser.Listens and does exactly what you want pat on the back .Unfortunately it was marred a bit by the hot water not working and having to boil the kettle to rinse my hair Rachael dealt with it professionally but not something i would like to experience again don't worry Rachel i will be back .

Just what I needed after a bout of covid. I tested negative and had no high temperature and had been over 5 days since I tested positive so Louise was happy to carry on with my appointment. I was so relaxed with the hot stone massage I fell asleep. It was wonderful. Thankyou Louise for your expertise in what you do. Your time and patience. I'll be back for more next month xx

Having previously attended some of Soozen's Full Moon beach ceremonies, I knew I'd be in good hands for a 1:1 session with her. I decided to try the Ultimate Fusion Massage along with the September mini sound bath offer, as a belated birthday present to myself. The studio was a lovely warm, calm and safe space. Fabulous experience. Emma is so knowledgeable and sensitive. I have been wondering for a number of months if I have lipodemia which Emma was able to recognise and confirm for me today. Not the news I wanted to hear, but the news I guess I needed to hear so I can move forward in learning to manage this. The whole experience, despite the news, was so positive. Totally made at ease with Emma’s professionalism. I can definitely recommend Emma, using the deep tissue massage. It’s amazing. For me it’s immediately makes my heavy bulbous legs feel, a release from the severe continuous pain, don’t get me wrong, I still have a constant ache. The feel of Emma and the machine is so therapeutic both physically and mentally.

Very pleasant. No hot water available to which the girls have no control over. Very professional and dealt with the problem the best they could with no control over the situation. Couldn’t get the way and blow dry as part of what I booked and was not charged for this. Hot water is an essential requirement for a hairdresser and this needs to be addressed by management

I had such a lovely experience with Stacey! She gave me a wash and blow dry, and it was so relaxing from start to finish. The head massage was amazing — just what I needed! My hair looks and feels incredible, and I absolutely love the results. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Stacey!
