Really super massage from Trudy once again, this time opting for Hot Stones. It really adds another dimension to the treatment and feels divine. Knotty shoulders and sciatic pain worked on and much relieved. 5 stars as always!

This was my first massage from Trudy and it certainly won’t be the last! I was booked in for a full body hot stone massage which Trudy tailored to fit my aches and pains. The experience itself was fabulous. My head is normally full of anything and everything to which I struggle to switch off but I actually managed to switch off and fell asleep and only woke up when the dog started to snore! Trudy is such a lovely friendly lady who truly leaves you so relaxed to which can only be described as ‘massage drunk!’

I’ve had a massage from Trudy before but this time I opted for both hot and cold stones. I’d never heard of a cold stone massage before but I naturally run hot so thought I’d give it a bash. Im so glad I did! I can’t quite explain how it felt other than ‘amazing’ it’s just such a different sensation to having the hot stones. Trudy as always was professional and friendly and you always get to have a laugh whilst receiving your treatment!

I’ve now had 2 massages, the second massage Trudy arrived like a superhero with her hot stones, I love that she works intuitively and add lots of little touches to really get the best out of the massage. I recently experienced the lava shell massage and facial, and it was absolutely divine! The warmth of the shells combined with the soothing massage techniques left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Got the hot stone massage and a mini facial and they were both absolutely fantastic. She asked all the right questions I.e “what pressure would you like?” “Any areas on your body that need the most attention?” she would check up every so often to ensure that the stones weren’t so hot it caused pain. she had the room pre heated and ready and couldn’t be anymore inviting and comfortable. The mini facial was perfect, I’ve had a few in the past but this was one of the best, I saw a instant difference in my skin and she was really attentive to my dry skin and how to help it. Would 100% recommend x
