1st time at No.6, it’s a lovely peaceful setting perfect for pampering and me time. Was made to feel very welcome and was very happy with my gel manicure and was also given some advice on how to get my nails healed & healthy again. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hayley is fantastic. I have curly/wavy hair and have been to expensive specialist salons but this has been my favourite cut in YEARS! Hayley is a real professional, with extensive knowledge and skill. She gave genuine advice without pushing a product sale which I really appreciated. My curls have come back with more bounce, the shape is lovely and I am so happy with my haircut!

I cannot recommend enough. I came in with lower back pain to which can only be explained as ‘my back gave way’, the pain was chronic and wouldn’t go away. After one treatment the pain had gone and I followed up with another appointment a few days later where I had a deep tissue massage and a check up on my lower back. I have more energy and feel better within myself but most of all, no pain. Forever grateful and would highly recommend.

Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.

I had a very helpful experience over 3 sessions. My helper was friendly and has definitely taken away the pain which I was feeling around my pelvic region and has taught me ways of taking care of my back. My wife being present was also very helpful.
