I had a lovely experience with Dawn for my waxing and head spa treatment. She is such a warm and calming person, which really helped as it was my first time having these treatments done. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I left feeling relaxed and really well looked after. Donna is truly amazing at what she does, not only does she provide the best service but you feel so warm and welcome as soon as you walk through the door! I explained that i have fibromyalgia and scoliosis and donna really takes this on board and provides the best treatment, i always leave feeling much better and relaxed. Thankyou so much ♥️

Zoe is amazing! I always have a fantastic experience, and today was no different. I had the hour deluxe back massage and it was amazing. Zoe always listens to what problem areas you have and targets them whilst also spending time on the other parts. Not felt that relaxed and pampered in a longtime. Would 100% recommend and definitely worth the money

This was my first time using KT and definitely will return. Kristen is welcoming and friendly, treatment room is clean, warm and relaxing and Kristen did a great job of both treatments - waxing and lash lift - even includes a complimentary top up at 4 weeks on lash tint.
