I was so anxious making this appointment after a traumatic experience elsewhere. But I’m so glad I booked at Covet! Instantly was made to feel welcome, met with absolutely beautiful ladies who are extremely professional but also felt like I was talking to a best friend! I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, as well as a spray tan, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! What made it even better was Polly, she is so warm, positive, and genuinely engaging, her upbeat energy was contagious. It’s rare to find someone who’s both talented and such a pleasure to spend time with. Highly recommend!

I had the most beautiful facial today, using the O cosmedics pumpkin peel and LED that Grace recommended. Imogen did my facial today and she did an amazing job, putting me to sleep and floating out. I have had bad experiences with beauty treatments so I am very fussy I recommending any business. I had the best experience with Imogen this morning. I wanted specific treatment for my brow. She did exactly what I requested...the wax used is the best because there was no red face when I left. There's no burning sensation. She shaped my brow perfectly, no red face... very polite, listening to my wishes, great product. I highly recommend this place for the service, product and proximity to Newcastle in general. Parking was great as well. I am a very satisfied customer and I will be back.
