Lauren is a wonderful Massage therapist who has clearly honed her skills through experience and training. She is warm and professional and her room is a beautiful peaceful place to let go and let her look after your massage needs. She applies just the right balance of pressure, release and tension. What made it even better was Polly, she is so warm, positive, and genuinely engaging, her upbeat energy was contagious. I had the most beautiful facial today, using the O cosmedics pumpkin peel and LED that Grace recommended. Imogen did my facial today and she did an amazing job, putting me to sleep and floating out. Lauren was clearly very experienced and extremely well trained and created a very calming space, whilst also using multiple techniques to address the issues I’ve been having with my back neck. It was both productive for doing deep tissue work and also relaxing (I didn’t know the two could go together with massage). She was recommended to me personally, and I’ll recommend her to my friends now too!
