I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.

I had a fantastic experience! Sandi was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The service was professional, quick, and thorough. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great waxing experience!

Discovered Forbes No.2 on the Fresha app and booked last minute for intimate waxing. I was nervous as had a few bad experiences with different places. This lady was amazing, put me at ease, we chatted throughout and I have now booked in regular appointments through summer. It’s good to find someone who works evenings and weekends when you are a shift worker!!

A great wax!! I have been waxed for at least 6 years and this is the best wax I have had. Full Leg and Hollywood wax and the BEST. I have had. Pain was minimal. The staff FANTASTIC. The Results AMAZING! I can honestly say this is the most comfortable I ever felt for my intimate area. Jodie and Julia you were fantastic!! 100% recommend.
