Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! Highly recommend for everything from hair/nails to waxing and facials/massages! Stunning salon very professional and friendly :)

Had my first Hollywood wax today and was absolutely petrified, but I was instantly put at ease. Everything was explained step by step, so I never once felt unsure or uncomfortable. Just had my Hollywood wax with Megan and I’m so impressed! She was so professional, made me feel completely at ease, and the result is flawless. Barely any discomfort and such great attention to detail—wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Megan is amazing!. She is knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly puts you at ease. She supported my daughter through her first waxing session experience, she was so nervous and Megan made her feel completely comfortable.

Great chatty beautician which made the waxing much more bearable. Clearly explained what products would be using and paused when needed during treatment. Went above and beyond to ensure no products contained anything I was allergic to. Excellent service
