All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Cherry is one of tge beast beautician there. When ever I have a Hollywood wax .she always patient and take care when she carries out the waxing . She always ask if am ok or the wax is either to hot or just ok. I would recommend cherry who works in the ladies only branch .5 star for Cherry.

Reema is the "waxing super" lightning fast and in the blink of an eye you're full arms, underarms and full leg wax is done and dusted. Highly recommend! Gary is fun and does a splendid job colouring, shampooing and styling hair. Threading is a breeze with Sweety. They take the pain out of the gain! Felt 10 yrs younger when I left the salon.

I love coming to see Elisabeth, from waxing, eye brow tint and shaping to facials and massage, Elisabeth does it all and does it all so well. Elisabeth is so professional and lovely, her treatment room is clean and calming. I highly recommend and can’t wait to book my next treatment. .

My first visit for waxing and although never the most enjoyable of beauty treatments (!) was quick, painless and very happy with the results. The customer care from the arrival drink, treatment and farewell was first class and very professional. Would definitely return.

Excellent beautician in all the treatments Ewelina provides are top quality. From manicures to pedicures, facials to massage. I literally float out of there even after waxing treatments. I can only highly recommend a visit.

Came in to get my hair cut and blow dried with Rachel and Hollywood wax with Ramona and had the best experience ever. Rachel was so delicate with me fragile hair and left with super healthy hair, love her energy. Ramona was so gentle with waxing, it was my first ever time and she made me feel comfortable all the way through, she was so lovely. I will be definitely coming back again and I totally recommend people going their too.
