I just got my haircut done by Joker. This is already my 4th time with him. You simply show him a reference photo, and he can recreate the style almost exactly like the picture. He’s very patient, skilled, experienced, and never rushes the process. Honestly, I don’t think I can let anyone else cut my hair anymore. And don’t worry if you’re not Chinese — you can just bring a reference photo and show it to Joker. That’s more than enough ✨

I have been in NZ for just over 5 years and have never been quite satisfied with hairdressers I have came across. I used to rely on getting my hair done once a year when I went back home to the UK to visit. This is all about to change now that I have met the wonderful Hannah. I am so pleased with my hair - BEST balayage in Auckland. Hannah is lovely and very welcoming, her salon is beautiful. Hannah listened to what I liked and even went through pictures to give an idea, I left with exactly what I wanted!! 5 stars!!

My colour is amazing and wonderful cut!

Anushi was very nice but when I asked for a side fridge with my cut she called the other staff over and a male did my hair cut and cut my hair much much shorter than I wanted (even showed them my previous haircut photo) and didn't look anything like my previous cut (done at a different place). The only reason I had a cut here was because I was doing the keratin treatment. Sorry to say I wouldn't be coming back for a cut here as staff very inexperienced as the male was showing the 2 females how to cut and he didn't even get my cut right. Disappointed with my hair cut
