Amelia was very professional and friendly too. She asked about my preferences and offered helpful advice. I am pleased with my French tips. Might be helpful to have a Notice signposting where to go for the appointment as no one appeared at the reception area where I waited.

Georgia you’re a miracle worker, it was a pleasure to see you at your new salon. All the staff there are so friendly, it’s a really lovely environment to have your hair done. Calm and friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience at the newly opened “No Ordinary Salon” in York City centre. Georgie was so lovely, welcoming & very knowledgeable. Proprietor Shane, has a deep, structural knowledge of mens' hair; and colouring. He is a virtuoso. In his great energy, I did have to ask him to be careful of not combing with the sharp points of the comb on /close to my fairly large ears. Once, he dropped the comb on the floor, but continued to use the comb without washing it. Always a good cut from Shane and other members of staff.
