I had an amazing experience at Ritzy’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The attention to detail was impressive, Dom really listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut that was even better than I imagined. Great experience . The barber took real care with the cut, super sharp fade, and made it feel relaxed the whole way through. The beer and eyebrow trim was a nice touch felt more like self-care than just a haircut. Walked out looking fresh and feeling even better. Highly recommend

My experience with Roots is always good and I have been their customer for many years. Today I was looked after by Charlotte-professional,lovely and a great hairdresser I would have no hesitation in recommending this hair salon Ruth.T----Windsor

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!
