My 9 & 11 year old boys are very shy and not the fondest of haircuts. We tried Gould barbers in Norwich today and they both had a fantastic cut that was over quickly and comfortably. We will be returning, thanks!

My barber Eddie was two minutes late , which one of his colleagues had an issue with, also someone had sellotaped his scissors together, he was clearly upset but it didn’t affect the top quality haircut, in my opinion , what was done to his scissors was a type of bullying

Went in, what was supposed to be a 50 minute appointment turn’t into a 20 minute appointment with 2 young boys made it easier for us. Both men that were there, were so patient and lovely towards my 2 and 5 year old. Both my boys were really happy.

Barber offered some advice on my hair style. He did good job. Always find it refreshing when a barber takes care on details even when the cut is the equivalent of an old fashioned short back and sides.

Honestly, this has been the best barber experience I’ve had. I can’t speak highly enough of Tom. I’ve always found barbers difficult because even when you explain what you want or bring photos the cut always seems different like the way they want to do it. What made me want to try Tom was hearing him cut someone else’s hair and noticing how honest and customer-focused he was, genuinely trying to get things exactly right and explaining why.
