I have brought my son to the Barber Shop for nearly 10 years now. He has autism and really struggled with the whole experience. With the teams care, patience, kindness and understanding, my son now sits throughout the haircut and is very calm and relaxed. I am very grateful to Micheal and his team!

I've never felt the need to leave a review before, but today is an exception. For years, I've struggled to find a hairstylist who truly understood the colour I wanted and was honest about what was realistically achievable. Today, I finally felt completely understood. I have to admit that Alessa's young age made me a little hesitant at first, but she quickly proved how talented, knowledgeable, and professional she is. She listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered beyond my expectations. I'm absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend Alessa.

I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past at different salons where they’ve cut far more off than I wanted so I was a bit apprehensive trying somewhere new. Alessa was great, listened to what I wanted and gave me a great hair cut - thank you! I’ll definitely be back 😊

Sadie was very patient with my very fidgety 4 year old daughter who went for her first haircut today. She kept my daughter calm who was a bit nervous about getting her hair cut. Thank you and would thoroughly recommend for children (and adults as I regularly get my hair cut there!)

I booked online and visited No. 77 for the first time. My original slot was cancelled due to short staff, but they rebooked me the next day and gave me a complimentary treatment! The staff is so friendly and we chatted the whole time. Sophie did a great hair wash, and my stylist Alessa was amazing. I got a custom wolf cut, and Alessa checked in constantly to ensure I liked the style, length, and if I wanted any changes. I felt totally comfortable speaking up. She gave me a lovely blow-dry and made sure I loved the result. Shoutout to Alessa, thank you! I loved the overall treatment.

Had another fantastic haircut from Michael at Barber Shop Hamsey Green. He’s incredibly attentive, takes the time to understand exactly what you want, and delivers a clean, sharp finish every time. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service feels personal, and you can tell he takes real pride in his craft. Easily one of the best barbers around.
