Here's my honest review. Rate hair Keratin as 10/10 I rate full face wax 4/10 Thanks so much Shimpi for my hair keratin,no issues at all,i'm so happy with my hair. For wax-there were still some hairs remaining at my chin and some parts of my face.The wax made my face itchy and pimples worsened. Thanks Shimpi for being honest with your job.I mean,eventhou I realized I have paid $200 for my hair before but your leader made you charging me for $250 when I said $250.thats why I fight for discount.I paid $285 but supposed to pay $255. Hopefully Shimpi gets her $30 tip from me from $285 I paid

100% recommend. Friendly service. Spotless facilities. Acute awareness. Purchased the 1hr Hilot service without the cupping at the Papakura branch on a Sunday. Full body massage literally from head to toe. Impressed with their attention to detail. Was able to recognize my sore points without being told and work on it. Pressure was on point for me but I felt they could easily ramp it up, if you prefer, as they're very experienced. Capped it off with a beautiful hot ginger tea 👌🏼

My partner and I had the “Hilot” with Sharon and Vicky. They were fantastic at what they do. They listen to your feedback and preference. The Hilot includes a foot soak, full body massage, hot towel to remove the oil after the massage and tea. The experience was very relaxing and provided a great relief on my aching muscles. Will definitely continue to book sessions in the future. The service is worth your money.

I booked in for a pregnancy massage due to sore back and legs and my gosh the pain melted away!! I really felt so relaxed and well looked after came out feel like a million bucks!! I didn’t realize how much tension was in my legs!! Thank you sooo much I will be booking in again soon for another massage! Best massage place in papakura in my opinion!! And the ginger tea after was just absolutely beautiful!

She was a great massager. Her pressure was just perfect felt like she concentrated on areas that didnt need as much attention as others. My neck didnt get that much attention compared to the shoulders. She was overall a great massager though 👍🏽

It is home based, so, a humble studio unit next to a main residential property, but the massage and facial was super relaxing and my skin was left glowing. I had just experienced a full body pregnancy massage at a fancy beauty clinic in Ponsonby the week prior, and although that facility was stunning and purpose built, I preferred the massage at Magic Touch. I also got the brow shape, tint & lash tint as part of the package - brows look good! Great value for money. I'll be back😊

Amazing service as usual, highly recommend😊 I am a regular now and always get my waxing done with Reet as she makes you feel so comfortable during the process, but this was my first time experiencing a massage session and I have to say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
