I love this place. I’m here visiting from Los Angeles, and I’m spoiled and super picky. lol This is hands down (pun intended) one of the best mani/pedi AND lash extension experiences ever. The space is immaculate, decor is beautiful and the music was great. The service great., and they offer you beautifully presented premium teas and coffee. Evelyn is amazing! She did my manicure, pedicure and lashes. Very impressive that she is masterful at nails AND lashes. They pay attention to detail, which can take some time, so be prepared to stay awhile and ENJOY!

I’ve been getting monthly massages for the past few years and this was definitely in the top three massages I’ve ever gotten. The holistic massage was the perfect amount of pressure and they covered the entire body. I loved the inclusion of hot stones and scents. The space itself was the most unique spa I’ve ever been to. It’s in this beautiful cave-like room that gives the service a very grounded and magical energy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and memorable service!!

The Fire Ritual at Quinto Elemento Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The entire 2.5-hour experience was deeply relaxing and soul-nourishing. Loved my massage and facial! Bersabee did an amazing job. Perfect amount of pressure and she has such a calm, tranquil presence. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! They offered tea afterwards, which was lovely. The spa is beautiful, too and everyone was really kind.

Tuve una experiencia increíble en Casa Venus. Fui por una mani-pedi y terminé disfrutando 2 horas completas de puro lujo y cuidado. Desde que entré, me recibieron con tanta amabilidad y calidez, como entrar a un santuario. El lugar es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto y muy cómodo. Me hicieron sentir como una invitada especial. Mi terapeuta de uñas, Ingrid, fue simplemente maravillosa. No solo es muy talentosa y detallista, dulce y profundamente atenta. Me trató con tanta delicadeza y dedicación que se notaba cuánto ama lo que hace. Mis uñas quedaron preciosas y pies, increíblemente suaves!

Desde que llegué a Tulum encontré Fortuna spa por redes sociales y me encantó!! Me he hecho muchos tratamientos y voy en mi cuarta sesión de depilación láser, los cambios fueron visibles desde la primera sesión. El lugar es super lindo y la atención de Pam es increíble, lo recomiendo mucho 10/10

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

The atmosphere of this spa is lovely. Feeling of calmness soon as you walk in. Stayed at Motto and realized the gem was right upstairs. Ivana gave me an awesome 60min holistic massage! She made sure pressure was good throughout the session. Highly recommend this spa if youre in Tulum.
