I recently experienced a truly healing treatment that included both massage and reflexology, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The massage was incredibly relaxing, relieving tension in my muscles and providing much-needed relief. The reflexology was equally impressive, with skilled pressure applied to key points that left me feeling balanced and rejuvenated. I felt a deep sense of relaxation and healing throughout the entire session.

I had an excellent massage with Roberta — which was one of the best massages I’ve ever had for relieving a lot of built-up tension. She is clearly highly qualified and really knows how to ease stress and release deep knots using expert acupressure techniques. I could feel the difference immediately, especially in my shoulders where I’ve carried tension from old injuries and surgery.. I would highly recommend Roberta.

I sometimes feel a lot of pain in my back, neck & shoulders as I do long hours at the computer. The deep tissue massage it's a big help. Roberta is very skilled and professional. She finds the tension points and carefully releases the pressure. I feel so much better after the session. I definitely recommend it. Thank you, Roberta!

Brilliant experience, Elaine is amazing at what she does. She has helped me pinpoint the cause of the chronic skin problems/eczema that has been bothering me for the last few years after countless doctors appointments, specialists and medications. She went beyond that to help me better understand how other issues that have been impacting my body in ways I hadn't considered.

All the tension was gone after the deep tissue massage. So far, it's my favourite place for massage and I have tried many. Thank you very much, Roberta! I will be back.
