Emma gave me an extremely pleasant prenatal massage that helped my whole body relax. The whole session was wonderfully relaxing and deeply releasing. The space itself is beautiful, and the amazing scents in the room gave everything an extra layer of calm. Emma is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I made an appointment with Sarah for her to put my hair up for my Dad’s funeral. I have quite unruly hair and it gets everywhere so I just wanted it to be out of the way. Sarah, as always, did a fantastic job, it was pretty without being too showy and stayed in place the whole day. She told me she didn’t do many up do’s now but, for me, Sarah knows me so well and has been doing my hair for years and there is no one else I would trust to do this for me. Thank you Sarah.

My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

I always leave Elixir feeling like a warm blanket has been wrapped around me on a cold winters day. It is a huge treat every couple of months, but the care and treatment is always first class. Claire is an excellent practitioner. I had a 50/50 reflexology and facial/shoulders. Its a bit of top up to support my body and mind. My skin felt amazing and I floated out of The Heist. Thank you. I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)

Louise always takes the time to understand what I need and tailors each massage perfectly. I leave feeling lighter, tension-free, and completely rejuvenated. Truly the best beauty therapist in the region — couldn’t recommend her more!
