Andreia was amazing, I was suffering with bad tension in my neck, shoulders and back which was causing headaches. She worked every last bit of tension out of the areas needed. She really knows how the body works and takes pride in her work and makes sure you leave feeling much better than when you arrived.

This was our first visit. The clinic was very clean fresh and inviting. The appointment was on time. Emma really made us feel at ease and understood my dads condition. Emma was very clear in explaining the cause of injury and the course of action to remedy this. The whole appointment felt really relaxed. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.

I had a reflexology treatment with Sara and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. Sara is friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The treatment itself was incredibly calming, and I left feeling much more relaxed, refreshed, and balanced. Sara took the time to explain everything and created a peaceful, welcoming environment throughout the session. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for reflexology. Amazing treatments and in a fantastic space. Coffee shop next door is fab too. Lots of parking at front and back of the building. Also really close to both motorways, making it accessible for most parts of Leeds and Wakefield.
