Maria is a skilled and very professional therapist. After a very nice welcome, she put me at ease very quickly. Her treatment room is in good condition and though compact well laid out. She definitely knows her job and understands the human body and picked up on any aches, pains and problems I had. Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

Amazing experience. She used so many different techniques throughout the appointment, all tailored to different issues in my body. Nice extra touch of an eye mask given that stayed warm for over an hour. The bed is heated and no problem to ask for heat to be adjusted or turned off. Had no problem changing the abiment sounds either, as I cant bare running Water noise. Definitely the most extensive and thourgh massage I've had. More expensive than what id normally pay, but was worth it

My first time at Katie Xo, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. The environment was lovely—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Katie was great; I had a full body massage, and she seemed extremely skilled and knowledgeable, especially as I suffer from neck and back pain. I definitely recommend both the services and Katie herself. I will be booking again for more.

Katie offers professional services at the highest standards whilst extremely friendly. I have had my nails gelled numerous times now and they always look great and are long lasting - Katie is always very gentle with the removal process too! I’ve also had a full wax done and let me tell you, Katie reassured me and talked me through the whole treatment when I was nervous about those delicate areas. The beauty room is really clean and the whole experience is a positive one. Highly recommend.

Amazing. Mari used her skills with both deep tissue, hot stone and sports massage to really focus on my trouble areas. But whilst also being gentle enough to enjoy. I didn’t want it to finish after 70 mins and walked away feeling less achey and very relaxed. I’ll be back 10/10

I had a lash lift and brow lift done by Katie, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process comfortable.
