Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

My first time at Katie Xo, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. The environment was lovely—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Katie was great; I had a full body massage, and she seemed extremely skilled and knowledgeable, especially as I suffer from neck and back pain. PERFECT full body massage!, Amy knew exactly which areas needed firmer pressure and combined this with some more relaxing techniques which is honestly EXACTLY what I was after, having had lots of massages over the years this a rare skill to have! Amy isn’t just a fantastic beauty therapist, she’s also very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome from the get go, her professionalism shone before during and after my massage, I honestly can’t wait to go back! If there was the option of more than 5 stars then Amy would certainly get that, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Katie offers professional services at the highest standards whilst extremely friendly. I have had my nails gelled numerous times now and they always look great and are long lasting - Katie is always very gentle with the removal process too!
