Highly recommend karl and the treatments he provides. The main issue I had was not having full movement in my neck which was also causing an issue with my traps. I now have full movement in my neck and no pain at all. Karl is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you have muscle or joint pain go and see him. Very reasonable as well £. 👍

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! I had a full body massage with Lorenza today, came out feeling like I can move again!

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed. The studio space is perfect, very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with her. Highly recommended.

Especially those struggling with pain, skin problems, eyes, you name it, I believe red light therapy can fix & rejuvenation your body’s cells its fact. My mums recovery from cancer surgery is proving to be good so far! With one a week 15 min sessions, good diet & supplements & less stress as possible & by coming to see Louise our stress has diminished some what too. Thankyou 💚
