Been about 6 weeks from my last visit to Rio and she has sorted my back and legs out completely. Can't recommend Rio highly enough. If you're feeling sore go get yourself a sports massage you won't regret it !!

Wow...is all I can say, Rio is back in her lovely little space...I had a sports massage following a recent ski trip and Rio sorted all the knots in my legs and felt sooo much better. Can't recommend highly enough, if you're feeling sore or just fancy a massage get yourself booked in

Saw Rio today for reflexology and a massage. Amazing! The new treatment room is cozy and relaxing. I paid for it using an e voucher I had for Christmas. Highly recommend these vouchers as gifts. Mine had a little nodding reindeer on it, so sweet! Can get via the Fresha site that you book treatments on. Planning my next visit already!

This was my first time getting a sports massage and it was incredible! Rio was so lovely to talk to and she answered all of my questions about what she was doing and the kinds of aftercare I could do to help with my posture. The therapy room was beautifully decorated, clean, warm and comfortable. I can’t wait for my next session!!

Wonderful shoulder, neck, face & head massage. I love facial massage & Rio is the best. She has truly amazing hands and really goes to work on the tension nodules in my shoulders. I recommend her to all my friends. She is a gifted, intuitive massage therapist with great skills.

Had the most wonderful back, face & scalp massage today. Rio is such an intuitive masseuse. Her hands are magical & treatments always feel unique & customised to my needs. What a wonderfully relaxing expereince. But not only that, the lower back pain i have had for weeks has now gone. Highly recommend Natalie for her professionalism and magic hands.

I’ve not seen Rio for 10 months so it was lovely to see her once again this week for a full body massage! I compete in Powerlifting and my body felt a bit sore (broken!) from my recent competition. Rio & I spoke about what I was looking for with my treatment and she always hits the nail on the head! I left feeling less broken but more relaxed and had a lovely massage & catch-up in the process! Rio is so lovely and I’m looking forward to my next massage already. 🤗

Rio gives the best sports massages ever! My legs are still buzzing 💯

The massages have achieved for me what painkillers do not do. Pain in my lower right side of back is virtually non existent and severe pain in my left side lower back is so much less than it was. Massages are working for me.
