I had a full set of mega volume lash extensions. Previous times I have had this treatment I have come away with very sore and irritable eyes. The product always burnt and my eyes left sensitive. This put me off for a few years, however having my lashes done with Anna was so different, my eyes did not water, she took her time and talked me through as she worked, the room was relaxing and overall a very pleasant experience. Anna was friendly and professional and I was over the moon with my results! My lashes have lasted so well. They are exactly what I asked for/ thick fluffy and full!

An amazing first time facial and massage treatment for me with Michelle. She has a very friendly, professional and thoughtful approach. All that combined with an excellent technique left me feeling refreshed, relaxed and very calm at the end. My skin has also never felt or looked so good too!

I had the Luxury SkinBase™ Hydro Facial with Michelle, she has just launched this treatment and I would highly recommend it. The luxury version uses ice globes which are so soothing on the face. I've had a microdermabrasion course with Michelle so this was a fantastic next step. Michelle clearly explained what the treatment would entail and how it would feel, she also checked in during the treatment to make sure I was ok. I left the salon with the most amazing skin, it was so plump and felt so soft.

I had an age resist facial with Michelle and wow, what a wonderful treatment. It was around an hour of pure bliss, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, so relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. Michelle explained all the steps in the treatment beforehand and what they would achieve. I asked Michelle about products for home care to keep up the good work and she was so helpful. She only recommended products that my skin would benefit from and I trust her advice 100% I will definitely have another age resist facial and highly recommend it to others. Thanks Michelle xx

I had a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage with Michelle. The salon was so calming with lovely lighting and smelt amazing. The massage was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure and Michelle worked really hard to encourage all my knots to disappear! Michelle asked lots of questions beforehand to enquire about my current state of health and any niggles I was experiencing and provided me with great aftercare advice. I felt so cosy, relaxed and safe in Michelle's hands and my mind actually switched off, which is hard sometimes! I highly recommend this treatment. Thanks Michelle x

An amazing full body massage and facial. Left feeling very relaxed! Lovely products used and Anna gave me advice about my skin.

I booked in for a full body massage today and can’t wait to go back again! Anna made me feel so relaxed and relieved so much stress from me! She was so calming and walked me through everything she was doing. I even dosed off half way through I felt that relaxed!:) such a lovely lady who really cares about he clients and work! Anna was incredibly professional throughout the whole process and ensured that I was comfortable the whole time I was on the table. The last eyelash technician I used scared me for life. I put my trust into Anna and she dealt with my anxieties incredibly well. I have very fluttery and sensitive eyes which makes application alot harder. Anna was patient and i felt at ease during the procedure as she reassured me constantly making me feel confident again. Anna did my eyelashes beautifully and I honestly cant wait to return. I would highly recommend Anna. She has me feel beautiful again!

Best experience having a mani and pedi with Anna! She was so gentle and knew exactly what she was doing! She gave me soooo many colour options and made the whole experience very relaxing! I always love coming round and having a catch up and a giggle with her - no one else I’d go to! Can’t wait to be back already x
