First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Ruby has magnificently healing hands and I felt comfortably held in a really safe space. Ruby's professionalism demonstrates her knowledge, while intuitively finding and releasing my tight muscles and easing my aching body. I have chosen to book Ruby's gold standard of once a week for six weeks, giving my body the best chance to fully heal. At the end of the session, I felt incredibly relaxed and calm. I fully recommend Ruby's massage and can't wait for my next appointment

Fantastic treatment of my severe shoulder and neck tension which was causing huge amounts of pain. Ruby is a knowledgeable practitioner who has used a range of techniques including cupping to ease my tension. She creates a safe and calming environment for treatments and ensures a full assessment is undertaken before selecting her preferred treatment plan. After just 3 sessions I am no longer in severe pain and can move my shoulder more freely . Can’t recommend Ruby enough.
