From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. It was the most relaxed I had felt in months. I don't know what powers she has but it felt magical! Already looking to book in again ♥️

Jhonathan really know’s his stuff. He thoroughly assesses the whole body, not just the area of pain or injury. The combination of physio and PT skills and knowledge provides a very different rehab experience than I’ve had before. In one session I learned so much about why and where my functional movement isn’t working as it should and how we can work to correct it. I highly recommend working with Jhonathan.

I have just experienced one of the most amazing treatments I’ve ever received ! I had the 1 hour full body massage followed by the foot scrub & massage and I can’t recommend d Katie highly enough … such a warm , friendly , professional lady who put me at ease instantly …. And her experience in dealing with chronic back pain really helped with my own back issues and had done an amazing job in easing my problems , I’ll be returning to Katie for further treatments as it’s been fabulous !

This BNS massage was a very special one as I sent my 18 year old daughter to see Gemma to work on her back and shoulders and Gemma pulling it out the bag as always. I trust Gemma with my life so happy to send my daughter to see her. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would highly recommend Jhonathan to anyone as my experience has been first class on the several occasions over the years that I have had appointments with him, regarding different physical issues I was struggling with. His knowledge and expertise is so advanced and he not only treats the problem he finds and explains the cause.

Another great deep tissue massage from Kara. She is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner, she seems to know intuitively what is required ... and it's certainly effective! After my massage I feel re energised, ready to take on the world! Thanks Kara!!

Booked a full leg and bikini wax. Really pleased with the results. Shabana is very professional and did a quick job while being careful of my sensitive skin. The treatment room was comfortable and Shabana put me at ease with her friendly manner.

Second treatment here. The facial I got felt great, really thorough! The whole experience is just perfect, so relaxing for the whole hour. I love the extra special touches when getting a facial here, I haven’t had that anywhere else - the head, face, neck massage etc. Will definitely be back soon.

I had an excellent experience at my appointment with Jhonathan today. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable+clearly passionate about helping his clients recover properly. He put 100% effort into understanding my injury, explaining what was causing the issue+giving me practical advice on how to continue training safely while recovering. I not only left feeling physically better, but also far more educated+confident about how to manage my injury going forward. The level of care, attention+expertise was outstanding+it's clear he truly wants the best outcome for his patients!

I've been a loyal client of Kara's for too many years to count now and I constantly recommend her to everyone! She's extremely welcoming, non-judgemental, empathetic and knowledgeable. I see her regularly for massage as well as other amazing treatments like needling, ear candling and cupping which all help me look after my body with the active job that I have. If you have an injury, old or new, Kara is your woman as she will find the source and do her best to relieve it everytime!
