My daughter has had her eyebrows waxed by Abi for some time and felt a bit nervous about having Harriet do them today as she doesn’t know her and moving to threading instead of waxing. She went on her own after school and felt instantly at ease once she arrived. Harriet was chatty and easy to talk to and threading didn’t hurt at all. Thank you Harriet for making her feel so comfortable and thank Abi for texting me when she arrived, and popping in to check on her during her appointment. Shepack as always goes above and beyond

OH. MY. GOD. Are you kidding me??? This was by far the best set of lashes I have ever gotten done in my life!! And that's a lot coming from me cos I've been getting them done from other places for 8 years now! She also made me feel soo comfortable and relaxed and pampered. And what really stood out to me were the details and the NO PAIN experience. Whenever I got them done at other places, my eyes would BURN soo much once opened after the procedure, but she really knows what she's doing, cos it was painless and flawless. I'm a regular now. Wow.

Only had a very very tiny bit of a very old tattoo removed, got to say Charlotte was very nice, professional and put me at ease and did the treatment wonderfully. Very happy, also the salon is very modern, well decorated and spotless Well done 👏

Jazz herself is such a lovely approachable person who will provide you with the best advice and knowledge to ensure you get what you want out of your treatment. I have had a variety of treatments ranging from eye brow treading, eyelashes, massages and laser treatments and they have all been fantastic. The space and clinic itself is clean, clinical and comfortable to be in.
