Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. I also have pedicures with gel toes that last ages! Id like to say thankyou Carly xxx

I’ve been coming to HOC for a while now and I can honestly say it’s always a fantastic experience. Gema is an incredible stylist. I leave thrilled with my hair every single time. The whole salon has such a lovely, welcoming vibe, and everyone is genuinely friendly. My daughter is now a regular too, which says everything about how much I trust and rate this place. Brow Lamination with Amy, what a fantastic transformation of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thin and plucked but with this treatment, wow what a huge difference it made. Just had the best 2 hours at this beautiful salon!! First time ever having a full body massage as advised by my GP off the wonderful Abbey & fresh set of french biab nails!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the full body massage!! I suffer with osteoarthritis & I am currently pain free & walking without pain! My body has not felt this good in a very long time!!
