Luna Rose is officially the best place to visit in Loughborough for a pamper session! I had a top to toe massage that truly melted me, made my body feel fantastic and helped ease the pain and aches I’d been having. This treatment gave me the deep relaxation I desperately needed after the turbulence of this year so far. Rachel as always was the perfect host, in her beautiful, warm, comfortable salon and she was also fully CV19 secure; which gave me peace of mind that I was safe. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Rachel & Luna Rose.

I had a lovely full body massage at the new shop. So pretty inside and a great location. Really worked on my trouble spots and came out with a bounce! Well worth a visit and the complimentary herbal tea at the end was the icing on the cake. Thank you! I will be back!

I had my first facial and it was amazing! I shared some sensitive health info, and she took the time to research and recommended a safer alternative to microneedling. I ended up getting a biochemical peel, plus a full facial with steam, LED, and the most relaxing neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. She was kind, professional, and made me feel totally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a thoughtful, inclusive, and relaxing experience!

The massage I received was perfect. I mentioned to the masseuse that I had knots in my shoulders. She used several techniques to loosen them and has made a massive difference. I now feel relaxed and less tense. The interior looked beautiful, a very relaxing atmosphere with calming music which made me feel at ease. I will certainly return, I am ooking forward to the next treatment :)

Rachel is a lovely therapist that really put me at ease & enabled me to thoroughly relax through my treatments. I haven't been that relaxed for a long time! The table was very comfy, the music relaxing. Rachel did an excellent job with the massage - I fell asleep! Always a good sign. Will definitely be returning.

I’ve had the Luxury Facial with B a few times now and I’m speechless every time! She is so good at what she does, it’s SO relaxing and my skin always feels cleaner in the days following. The shoulder and head massage is incredible too. Plus she is super lovely and friendly, I have recommended her to all my friends and family and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my facials!! I’ve visited Rachel for a number of years and treatments and she is very professional and proficient. I live the variety of treatments and she continues to improve her development to offer a range to suit her clients. I would recommend a relaxing head massage or the Thai stretch massage which works wonders for aching joints. Her little sanctuary is always clean and tidy and she’s maintained her high standards and practices throughout this challenging time. Intimate and personable - Luna Rose is highly recommended.

Had an absolutely perfect treatment with Luna Rose. This is the first massage treatment I've had where I felt well and truly relaxed. Everything was very Covid safe and I felt so welcomed upon arrival. The facial, scalp massage and back massage package I had was pure bliss! I would definitely book again and can highly recommend to others.
