The overall experience was great with friendly staff. All inclusive spa with privacy. The only odd thing I noticed during massage was that masseurs were using one hand multiple times which could be an indication that they were using their phones with the other hand. I could be wrong but both my husband and I noticed it during our session. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. I loved how she used products and oils that matched my curly hair to help strengthen. Would recommend 100%

I booked in for the Japanese head and scalp spa. It was a GLORIOUS experience, from the aesthetics of the spa to the full sensory experience to the products used. I had a lovely masseuse who used the perfect amount of pressure and was taking care of me throughout; I am rebooking for myself and my mumma. My only negative review was that it ended! Haha

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.
