I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

I always love my appointments at Polished. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere so welcoming and warm, and all the ladies who work there go the extra mile. My nails look fab every time but I also had some snowflake nail art today in time for Christmas… it’s beautifully done, as always! Thank you so much!

The reflexology treatment was incredibly relaxing and the setting peaceful.

A truly rejuvenating hair spa treatment with neck and shoulder massage and facial. I came away feeling so refreshed and relaxed.

Casey is super lovely and did a great job on my full set!
