The best facial and massage I have ever had! I was so happy with my experience, Evie has a very calming presence, the products smelt and felt amazing on my skin and the pressure applied was just what I needed on my tight shoulders while still leaving me feeling very relaxed. A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Lovely treatment room in a gorgeous location. Evie’s facial and back massage was wonderful, the products smelt lovely, my skin feels soft and pampered, and I left feeling completely relaxed…. I could have stayed there all day! Will definitely be back :)

Had probably the best massage from Olivia, I do heavy work and have a busy lifestyle that can be quite physical so there was a lot of knots especially upper body, that were released today. I feel so much better and my back feels loads better😁 will definitely be going back x

Laser eyebrows. Honestly I wasnt happy with my 1st look but by six weeks the eyebrows had toned down. Today 2nd appointment Anna tweaked the shape and adjusted the colour. I am really quite delighted. I haven’t had eyebrows for years and now I have balance on my face. I have another appointment booked to make sure I am fully happy with the look. I am 84 years old Should have done it years ago! Thanks Anna.

I spent an incredible two hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon having the aptly named 'Bliss Escape'. A one hour full body massage followed by a one hour facial. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by Bianca, she talked me through the treatment and I got to choose what oil to use. The treatment itself was amazing, in all honesty I don't think I can remember having better, even at luxury spas. I left feeling completely relaxed and with soft glowing skin. This was the first time I have been to Bianca and will most definitely be back. I would 100% recommend.

So grateful for Evie’s magic hands! I literally had the worst back and shoulder pain, that not even a physio could cure…but a massage with Evie has made it so much better xxx
