Ruth is a wonderful, experienced masseuse. She took the time to understand any areas of concern and any potential impact from lifestyle choices. The sports massage was probably the best I've had. It really improved my muscle tightness caused by sitting at a desk for work and some sporting related strains.

I am so glad I booked to see Ruth for a deep tissue massage. She is very warm, welcoming and knowledgable. I felt in safe hands as she knows exactly what she is doing to provide relief for right muscles and my neck so much less stiff! I slept for 11 hours and feel a lot lighter!
