From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. It was the most relaxed I had felt in months. I don't know what powers she has but it felt magical! Already looking to book in again ♥️

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. WOW! The service I received was unbelievable from Shabana. Firstly I stated I have an allergy to Linalool and Shabana went out her way to find me an oil that would be suitable for my skin with less than 24hrs notice may I add! Shabana showed me the oil to prove it was safe. Even contacted me throughout the day to give me options. She also contacted the supplier and spoke to consultants in the company. She really went above and beyond and it showed how much she really cares about her clients. Thank you again Shabana🩷

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

I had an amazing and incredibly relaxing Ishga facial with Shabana, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort at 35 weeks pregnant. Aneesah is not only a lovely person but extremely professional in all that she does. It is such a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience to be at the receiving end of all her beauty treatments. The whole atmosphere in the Hospice is one of such calmness and Aneesah just keeps that going with her treatments.

When Gemma pulled that towel up to end the massage I was genuinely sad because I knew that my hour pure relaxation and pain relief was over! I'm a new mum with some significant shoulder pain from co sleeping and carrying a very clingy baby. I'm also a nail tech with some very tired and sore hands, Gemma has just released so much tension in my body and lifted me to cloud 9 levels of relaxation. I already can't wait for my next massage, thank you so so much for being so talented and knowledgeable about my pain.

I went to get my hair coloured and bleached today with Marat, and I’m honestly blown away by the result!
