Jill was friendly and listened to all my problems and my massage was directed towards helping, after an hour of deep massage I felt so much better it was my first time but it won’t be the last

First timer and absolutely not a last timer! Liz was fantastic and we had a great laugh throughout. Had a really good massage today-back,neck and legs. I've found i sleep better after one with less neck tension. Have had 5 massages at Body and Sole and I highly recommend.

First time having a deep tissue back massage with Liz but it was amazing! Felt like a new woman after and will definitely book in again!!!

This was my second massage with Jill, and my first one to include reflexology. I feel her massages are the most effective I've ever had, and I've had quite a few over the years. Areas of my body that had quite blocked muscles have been loosened. It's remarkable really. I wish I would have discovered this talented therapist years ago. Jill is the best, she's wise in what she does, I can feel it.
