I recently had a full body sports massage with Louise, and it was exceptional. Before beginning, she always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern, mobility issues, or pain, which makes the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. Louise is truly the best in her field — a real specialist who knows exactly how to identify and fix any issues with your body. I leave the clinic thankful every single time. I just need to remember to visit more often! Highly recommended.

Indian head massage. Back and shoulders were included. Back massage was 10/10, I have quite long hair and I wasn’t sure how to wear it, I left it down but took a bobble with me, I didnt ask but wasn’t advised on how to wear it. I did feel like my hair was in the way and didn’t really get much done on my head due to this. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Water on arrival and leave. Very respectful. Clean and smelt lovely. I’ve booked in again for two weeks time but for a full body.

We had a 90 minute couple’s massage. Both were great, really relaxing and thorough. The oil was lovely and warm, and we both came away in a zen-like, peaceful state. I would go back again and my husband said the same. He even drifted off during the back massage. If you are used to plush spa retreats like we are, the surroundings are not like these, but we just wanted a full body massage after a stressful month and this did the trick. The room was just ok but once you close your eyes and the massage starts it really doesn’t matter.

Went here today after spending the weekend at Download for a much needed massage before heading back home. I had a Swedish full body provided by the lovely Minnie. The massage itself was brilliant, very relaxing and soothed my aching muscles. The spa is also very nice and inviting, good temperature and ambience. Very sad I don't live in the area but would definitely return if I'm down here again. 10/10

Second time I booked my mum in with Amber for a full body Swedish massage and hot oil. She was amazing, paid extra attention to my mum and tackled her tension spots. My mum walked out feeling like a new woman. It will be a monthly treat for my mum from now on for sure. Thank you once again!
