Entered my appointment full of stress and cortisol and left on cloud 9! I floated out of there and was almost unable to speak I was so relaxed! Full body Swedish massage with a bit of reflexology and lymphatic drainage thrown in. Relaxation at its finest ❤️

I love my appointments with Pin - she is so welcoming and extremely talented at what she does. Her treatment room is so tranquil and calming. I've had a deluxe dermaplaning facial today with a neck and shoulder massage. My skin feels fabulous and I've had a lovely bit of "me time" - rested and recharged. Thank you Pin xx

Wow! Meesha was amazing. I don’t have great veins but she professionally found a spot for the cannula. I was made to feel comfortable and she monitored me throughout and made me feel in safe hands. The results are beyond what I expected. I explained my symptoms and she recommended an IV drip suitable for my needs. I now feel like a new woman and full of energy! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked in with Ben, for Full body MOT, with specific attention to a tight hip that I’ve been struggling with. Ben explained everything about the session, assessed my mobility etc before treatment. The treatment was spot on, Ben is very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on what to do to strengthen my hip. Would absolutely recommend 360 (Ben) for treatments. I will be returning 👍 Cheers Ben

After a particularly trying week, a full body massage with Sammie was just what I needed, as soon as I arrived I could feel the stress and tension floating away. The addition of the pressure point massage just made the whole experience perfect. I would recommend anyone to visit as you will go away feeling like a new person!

My 2nd time visiting Ben. I first visited at the end of a tough pre season for the full body MOT the week before emy first game of the season for a good work over. From initially meeting and establishing what I was after through to the treatment it was great. Ben was knowledgeable and helpful with small issues I was carrying and happy to work specifics around them. 2nd appointment I booked in with Ben to work on a hamstring niggle I had, just to get some advice, check I was on the right path and to get hands on it to loosen up the muscle. Great at what he does, already booked back in again!
