All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

This was my first time visiting Cotswold Skin Studio and I can say with total confidence that it was a truly fantastic experience. Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. I had a great back, shoulder, and neck massage this afternoon. I’ve only had a few massages before, so I felt a bit anxious at first, but I was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterwards — I left feeling so much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll be back again!

Very good massage. I was welcomed and given space to dress into robes before waiting in a lovely little seating area to be collected. The masseuse was very polite and friendly. She was so firm (which was what I wanted) and kept asking if the pressure was ok. She knew her way around the body and understood the mechanics of movement. I was very pleased with my treatment. Would highly recommend.

I just had the best full body massage of my life! From the moment I walked in, it felt like a spa sanctuary with calming music, warm towels and an atmosphere that instantly melted stress away. What truly set this massage apart was Olha’s intuitive understanding of the body. She found knots I didn’t even know existed and worked through muscle groups with a level of precision and care I’ve never experienced before. I walked in tense and tired, and walked out completely reset. I can’t wait to try the facial next!

The spa is very new, modern, and clean. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ms Kay. I went in very sore & full of knots but left feeling extremely relaxed and she did an amazing job relieving the pain. The tea to go at the end was also a nice touch! I had a manicure and a massage with Olga, and I am absolutely delighted. She is a true professional who clearly loves what she does. I have never experienced a massage like the one she gave me — it was incredibly relaxing and done with great care and skill. I am very happy with my nails as well — everything looks perfect. On top of that, Olga is such a warm, kind, and pleasant person, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality service and a wonderful atmosphere.

A fabulous treatment…so lovely and enjoyable and Hetty was fab putting me at ease immediately. There is something magical about Reiki which creates a deep relaxation! Can’t wait to book this again.
