Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

Since November, I had been dealing with constant discomfort in my left shoulder, and no treatment seemed to work. After a session with Justin, I finally felt real improvement. He is a skilled and attentive professional with a deep knowledge of massage techniques. During the treatment, he immediately identified the root cause of the problem and worked with precision, explaining each step. Today, my shoulder feels light and pain-free.
