Fantastic x Back,shoulder, neck and head massage so relaxing after the initial un knoting.... gently gently so not to hurt me I was un knotted and finally relaxed and enjoyed the feeling of total relaxation x

I had a full body lymphatic massage with Sophie and she was INCREDIBLE. Put me at ease straight away and taught me so much about the process and my body. Also gave me tips on how to continue seeing benefits day to day. I couldn’t recommend her more xx
