I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah was knowledgeable and considerate and I will be 100% going back to her for any future treatment.

I had an amazing stretch and align massage with Sarah at Align Therapy. She made me feel completely comfortable and tailored the session to my needs. I left feeling so much more flexible. Wow what can I say. Went in feeling headachey, tense and tight. Came out floating. Sarah is so knowledgeable and certainly knows her stuff. Very professional sports massage conducted by Sarah today, utilising trigger point therapy alongside passive awareness of informative stretches to help use/develop my own knowledge during my regular fitness training. This was the second treatment/session with Sarah after coming to Align Therapy last year after numerous high recommendations. Sarah is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and helps each and every one of her clients at Align Therapy. Thank you again and highly recommend Align Therapy to all.

As usual after spending an hour with Steph my legs hurt, same goes for my arms as well as every other muscle in my body, yet I keep returning. She knows her stuff, believes in you and can easily adapt exercises to suit your body to ensure you get the maximum out of that hour. She’s my accountability (and best friend) 🥰and it’s worth every penny. If you want to improve your fitness this lady is the lady to go to.
