What a lovely relaxing atmosphere, had a deep tissue/sports massage for the first time ever due to alot of pain in my back and shoulders. After one visit the pain has subsided. Thank you so much, I'll look forward to my next treatment

Staff was very welcoming, offered us some water on arrival. She checked in what areas I wanted to work on and tailored the massage to my needs. Jackie managed to identify troublesome areas and worked hard to tackle them. After the massage I felt symptom relief from all the tension. Their prices are competitive too. Thank you team!

Holly is just amazing 🫶🏼 First time having reflexology with Holly and wow what a treat, will defo having that again. Also had my usual full body hot stone massage. I left Relax and rewind as if I was floating on a cloud. 😍 See you next month xxx
