What can I say I’ve had a bad back since I was 13 I’ve had X-rays mri scans etc and I have got a curvature in my spine I’ve had acupuncture, various massages, osteopath, chiropractor and tried everything This today was a game changer my husband bought me a voucher and I was a bit sceptical I have to say one of the best massages or work done on my back EVER I will be back absolutely amazing thank you so much Linda

I cannot recommend Elysium Massage Abergavenny highly enough :) Sylviu is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely gifted at what he does. Having struggled with a great deal of tension and pain, I was hoping simply for some relief, but the experience far exceeded my expectations! With 18 years of experience, he DEFINITELY understands deep tissue work, anatomy, and the body itself on a much deeper level than most therapists I have encountered. His skill, strength, and intuitive understanding made this one of the BEST massages I have ever had! :") I am so grateful!

Full body massage. Excellent experience with a very knowledgeable practitioner. I came away completely relaxed and will be returning for reflexology as soon as I can. The only thing I’m upset about is that I hadn’t been for the treatment sooner!

The masseuse was very knowledgeable about stress and pressure points. He advised me to drink more water and reduce my salt intake. He also advised this was why the oxygen is not moving around my blood effectively. I feel refreshed and renewed after this full body massage. Would recommend.
