Very nice nail studio. The service was good, but the hand and leg massage could have been better. I would definitely go back as the manicure and pedicure was very nice.

My first time to “Upscale Nails” and it won’t be my last! The studio was beautiful and such an inviting relaxing energy as soon as you walk in. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist who offered me a beverage and then taken care of by the lovely technician. My pedicure was so relaxing and well done, and the complimentary shiatsu shoulder massage while I had my pedicure was such a treat and way better then the typical “massage chairs” at most of places I have been too! Thank you so much for an incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back

This was my first time meeting Touran and she is absolutely lovely! The pedicure was as top-notch, the massage was wonderful, another fantastic experience at Upscale Nail Studio!

Absolutely love this spa! The atmosphere is calm, clean, and beautifully maintained. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit feels like a mini getaway. Nikki is truly amazing — she’s detailed, gentle, and always makes sure my nails look perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. My pedicure lasted weeks, and my nails have never looked better! Highly recommend this place and Nikki in particular — she’s the best!

Both treatments were lovely. The only additional comment I can make is that I’m so used to ending the facial with a neck and shoulder massage and that didn’t seem to be included today.

An experience worth repeating. I never thought I would describe a nail studio as luxurious and relaxing, but then I walked into Upscale. Gone were the chemical odors and powdery film on surfaces. I inhaled fragrant scents of lemongrass and mint, listened to soothing music and received a full mani-pedi service from pristine white surfaces and footbaths, plush pastel seating and all while receiving warm smiles, friendly conversation and respectful, interactive treatment from everyone from the receptionist to all the other technicians. Worth every penny!

Very good. The mani/pedi was very enjoyable and well done with friendly and solicitous staff. The facial and massage was very relaxing and competently done. It was a bit rushed at the end but it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
