I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

I booked an extended session massage, which I understood to be a full-body treatment since the website didn’t provide more details. Instead, I received a foot and knee massage. It would be helpful to clarify this on the website, as both the RMT and I were unsure about what type of treatment I was supposed to receive. That said, the massage itself was excellent.

I had a very relaxing and rejuvenating full body massage session with Mia. She was attentive, professional, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Her technique helped release a lot of tension, and I left feeling refreshed and at ease. The only minor drawback was that the bench seemed slightly unstable and could benefit from some maintenance. Other than that, everything was great and I’ll definitely be returning.

I initially went in just for a trim, but he graciously accommodated my last-minute request for a color change as well. The results are absolutely beautiful—I truly feel like a whole new person! James is incredibly skilled & passionate about what he does. He took the time to teach me how to properly style my hair & recommended the right products to use. I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, my coat and belongings were placed in a locker and I was robed up and the lady even tied it for me! I was escorted to my hair dressers seat and I was given a tea menu. My hair wash was amazing, I got a great massage and thorough wash. And what can I say about the star hairdresser Raff. He was amazing. I didn't know what cut to get and he recommended a cut and took over. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you Raff! Thank you to the whole team.

The gel mani/pedi here is amazing and exactly what I needed for a wedding that I was attending the following day. I'm usually very picky but Gillian and Angelina did an amazing job and were both so sweet. I'm removing one star for my blowout with Kana, which left my hair puffy, dull, and frizzy. She used a paddle brush instead of a round brush to blow out my hair and while she tried to give me some extra curls at the end, this combo absolutely did not work for my hair. I would have spoken up earlier had I realized she was using the paddle brush for the full blowout and not just to rough dry.

Shingo is highly skilled in managing various hair types and styles, demonstrating a deep understanding of different hair textures and the specific techniques needed for each.

Fuko is the absolute best hairstylist I have ever had. My whole family have been coming to fuko only for over 10 years. Fuko … we love you and we will miss you 💖
