I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

This was my first time at the salon and i was put with simmi. I’m very happy with my hair, if you’re somebody who is scared of losing length, I 100% recommend booking with her. I wanted to keep most of the length and just refresh the layers and trim up some face framing pieces and that’s exactly what she did, it’s exactly what i wanted + i really enjoyed chatting with her. I’ll definitely be coming back and booking with her again in the future!

Michelle was by far the best masseuse I've been to and I consider myself a massage afficionado! Her techniques and effort were amazing and I definitely felt results for days to come. It was a splendid experience at the pure self salon and spa. My stylist Priya worked meticulously on every piece of hair and carefully cut sections giving it Life and bounce. Her signature blowouts stole the show away giving the finish that was beyond my expectations. She is an excellent hair stylist and I will definitely recommend all my friends to come here to get their haircuts. I already started getting compliments the moment I got in a cab on my way home :) Priya, you are a genius. Keep up the good work!

I had the opportunity to get foot and body massage from both Katie and Michelle. They were both equally awesome. Their technique are unique to their own. It’s definitely worth a try to have a massage from each of them! Their combo and mix/match options are great. The price is very fair and on the lower end, but the services matches places that carry higher price tags. I’ve had RMTs that have not been able to get rid of knots in my shoulder that Katie and Michelle did a great job on! Highly recommend!

Sofia was an excellent stylist and all around wonderful person! From the scalp oil, to hair wash and massage, it was a treat from start to finish! I was offered fresh coffee and the atmosphere of the salon was pleasant as well! This is my 2nd visit, love the team here! Thank you Sofia!

This was my second visit, and I’m even more impressed than the first time! I absolutely loved my hair color and haircut — they turned out exactly the way I wanted. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and truly skilled at what they do. The overall expertise shows in every step, and the final result came out so chic and stylish. Best head massage, opens late as well!

It was fantastic I fell asleep It was so relaxing and I love the facial massage and the mask!! Definitely coming back!

It was very good. My massage therapist Angela was super amazing. She was able to exactly locate and help ease the tensions of my lower back within the 30mins back massage and I even fell asleep during the head treatment. Will definitely come back for her!

Okay, Shangri-la spa just rocked my world! I swear they have some sort of secrecy massage skills that erases all your worries in seconds. Plus, they lather you up with oils and give you a full-body massage that's so freaking good it'll make you forget your own name. Honestly, my body feels like a shiny new toy after visiting these miracle masseuses. They have a Zen-like vibe that'll calm even the craziest of minds and their skills are so on point that they turned my knots into putty. I'm never going anywhere else again, folks. Shangri-la Spa is the real deal.

Thanks to Shangri-la spa, I was able to schedule and pay for the massage with ease! Sure, the massage therapist hit a few snags, but hey, no plan is perfect.
