I had my first laser treatment session with Jennifer and I’m really happy with the experience. She was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Jennifer explained the whole procedure step by step and made sure I was okay during the treatment. The session was smooth and I’m excited to see the results. Highly recommend her!

Sandy was attentive and professional; took just enough time to do a great job with my feetsies. I chose a deep red berry colour to get into the Holiday Spirit but was unsure about it at first… However, Sandy reassured me and I felt comfortable with the chosen colour. The other staff at Lux were wonderful and I loved my Iced Matcha drink and thin Lotus cookie. Highly recommend this Beauty Salon to locals 💇‍♀️

It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!
