I normally have massage with Sophie (who is an absolute life saver), but Louis is incredible in a different way. I came in with several specific pain related issues, and by the end of a very thorough session it already made a huge difference. I had much better mobility and no pain with movements that were previously painful. I would definitely recommend Louis.

If I had to pay by experience then this appointment was worth $10,000. I walked in feeling broken, struggling to move and breathe and left feeling like I had air in my lungs and movement in my back and hips. Sophie's experience is so extraordinary that she knew exactly how deep to push each part of my body to give me relief. If you're someone who has struggled with pain and inflammation, this is who you need to see and where you need to be. Extremely aware and intelligent and extremely sincere and methodical in her approach to this broken body. Can't recommend enough!!!

Sophie is always amazing with her massage therapy. I see her for pregnancy related pain. This is the second pregnancy I am getting treatment for. She really understands the body in a holistic way and always finds the root of my pain, not just the areas I indicate are sore etc. I walk away like I’ve been slightly battered haha. But always feeling a million times lighter overall. Would always recommend.

I saw Loui for a remedial massage, he was great, paid attention to what I needed and worked on the spots that were actually giving me trouble. I walked out feeling so much better. He checked in about pressure and made the whole session feel easy and comfortable. I’d happily go back and definitely recommend him.
