Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

I had my second classic medi-facial today. It can only be described as a feast for the senses. The quality of the products feel luxurious on the skin and their fragrances smell fresh, uplifting and feminine. My favourite part was the calming sensation of the massage as Emme worked her magic over my face, neck and arms. It is a most relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic experience. I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Kara did my manicure and BIAB and she was absolutely lovely — warm, professional, and so meticulous with her work. She made me feel completely at ease, and my nails look flawless. The whole space is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up — a real treat from start to finish. I left feeling so pampered and already can’t wait to book in again. Highly recommend, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Kara!
