As always, Nathan is a breath of fresh air when it comes to hairdressers. Not only is he attentive, always on time (even though I was 15 mins early), he knows my hair better than I do. Nathan has been my hairdresser for over 20 years and will continue to be so until one of us drops! I always look forward to my visits and love the compliments I receive from my family and friends. Had my first Japanese spa with lucy and I didn’t know want to expect but my god I could lay there all day and let lucy do that! She talked through what she was going to do and it was super relaxing. My hair has never felt so clean and soft. Still 2 days later it is shining and feels weightless! The arm and hand massage is lovely bonus. Well done Ellen and the team for constantly ensuring they are on top with the needs of there clients!! One stop shop!

It had taken me years to find a hairdresser like Toni someone I can trust, Toni has been doing my hair for the last 4 years and it always looks amazing. When it comes to haircutting and styling, Toni is the ultimate example of excellence.

Lovely experience for Doug’s first puppy groom. He was clearly very comfortable as soon as he walked in. I picked up a puppy with the biggest smile on his face, looking so handsome and fluffed up! Long haired Rottweilers are not an every day groom, and you did a wonderful job! He clearly had the best time, and is really feeling himself now strutting around the house… “look mum I’m a grown up now”

We took our 3 year old Sproodle for her first ever professional groom. She was very scruffy with very long hair. She is quite a timid dog and is a bit wary of people and has never been left anywhere without us before so I was quite concerned about leaving her. She was there for 3.5 hours and was allowed time to get used to the place and the groomers before work commenced. She came out looking very good - her hair was very short but she needed a good cut because she was quite matted. Apparently she was very well behaved and the only bit she didn't like was having her hair dried.
